PATRICIA HERREEN
Wisdom, Wellbeing, Writer
Patricia combines her diverse range of skills, experience and training in Life, the Arts and Health to formulate programs that highlight the quality of our relationships. Through a deeper understanding and a level of acceptance we can make a profound difference to the way we relate with others and make relevant upgrades to the all-important relationship we have with ourselves.
Wisdom
Mentor | Advocacy
Patricia’s natural curiosity about what makes people behave the way they do cultivated her desire to formalise studies in human behaviour and pursue further development and training in human relations, counselling, conflict resolution, community services, disability support, mental health & wellbeing, human conditioning, co-dependency, emotional manipulation & coercive control, child advocacy, personal empowerment & leadership, anthroposophy, acting, writing, teaching, drama, directing, and the history of film and theatre.
A deep investigation of her inner life informed her passion to pay it forward and inspire others to meet the challenges of their own life. Her skills set and insights are continually being upgraded and regenerated to sustain the platform of her mentorship programs and human services work.
In her unique and playful way, Patricia provides pathways to restore faith, hope and trust; to renew enthusiasm and build resilience through programs that cater for intentional change and ultimately empower people to empower themselves.
Consultations are available for individuals and groups in workplace settings, in person or via phone and the internet.
Wellbeing
Human Resource Consultancy
Passionate about making a difference, Patricia encourages participants to open up and make the most of their already well-honed creative resources and survival skills.
Her facilitation is steeped in knowledge and experience. A blossoming of confidence is assured through her artful implementation of industry techniques, tricks-of-the-trade and an instinctive approach that delivers workable solutions to all manner of conflict, pain and misunderstanding.
Patricia is a natural trouble-shooter and is accustomed to working across all levels of management and personnel to refine workplace dynamics and nurture organisational connectedness. Her workplace wellness packages are recognised for their capacity to reach the heart of the matter and deliver lasting results.
Custom-designed workplace packages offer one-on-one facilitation, mediation, meditation, team-building drama games to promote group cohesion and connection, and creative play exercises that help to identify and encourage personal strengths, obstacles and opportunities.
